At Haraveda, every offering — be it prasad, puja samagri, or any temple-blessed item — is prepared and dispatched with utmost sanctity and devotion. As these are spiritual, perishable, and custom-arranged as per your request, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is placed.

1. No Refunds or Returns

At Harveda, we deliver temple-blessed prasad and religious samagri that are:

  • Sanctified and energized through Vedic rituals, often performed personally on your behalf.

  • Perishable in nature, and once dispatched, they are considered ritually offered.

  • Not eligible for reuse, return, or refund due to their spiritual significance.

As such, no refunds or returns can be accepted under any circumstance. We request you to kindly place your orders with clarity and devotion.

2. Order Once Placed Cannot Be Cancelled

Every order triggers a chain of sacred processes, including:

  • Arranging specific temple rituals, priest offerings, or prasad preparation.

  • Involving temple authorities or pujaris for deity-specific blessings.

  • Packaging and organizing dispatch logistics promptly after confirmation.

Therefore, Once an order is placed and paid, it is treated as final. We do not accept cancellations, as services and rituals may already be underway or completed.

3. Damaged or Lost Orders

Although rare, if your order arrives in damaged condition:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our email, including clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will assess the issue compassionately and may provide a one-time replacement, subject to product availability and our discretion.

Please note:- If delivery fails due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, repeated non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we cannot refund or resend.

4. Delivery Responsibility

We partner with trusted courier and logistic partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However:

  • Transit delays, weather interruptions, or natural wear during transport are beyond our control.

  • Our prasad is always packed with care and sanctity, but once dispatched, we rely on third-party carriers for delivery.

We humbly request your patience in case of delivery delays and assure you we will assist in tracking and resolving any issue to the best of our ability.
