Dispatch Timeline

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 3 working days. However, certain items like prasad or temple-specific samagri that involve rituals or blessings may take longer to prepare. In such cases, the expected dispatch time will be clearly mentioned during checkout or notified separately.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver to most locations across India. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the courier service. Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.

Regions We Deliver To

  • We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is not covered, we will notify you promptly and provide alternate solutions, if available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product’s weight, packaging, and delivery location. Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Some items may qualify for free shipping as part of special offers or bundles.

Delays & Damaged Deliveries

While we aim for timely and safe delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or regional service limitations.
If your order is damaged in transit, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items. As religious items like prasad and samagri are sanctified and non-replaceable, we do not offer replacements. However, we will evaluate the situation and may provide a suitable resolution in the form of store credit, wherever appropriate.
